Day 1
Nairobi → Lake Nakuru → Lake Naivasha → Nairobi
Your adventure begins at 5:00 AM with pick-up from your Nairobi city hotel or the Airport, followed by a breathtaking drive down the Great Rift Valley (approx. 160 km / 3 hours).
You enter Lake Nakuru National Park mid-morning and head straight into the heart of the action, exploring woodlands, acacia forests, and the shimmering lake shores where rhinos graze and flocks of flamingos feed.
After an optional lunch at a lodge inside Lake Nakuru, you depart for Lake Naivasha (approx. 80 km / 1.5 hours) to enjoy a serene afternoon on the water.
A guided boat ride gives you close sightings of hippos and water birds before you step onto Crescent Island for a gentle optional walking safari among zebras, giraffes, and antelopes.
At sunset, you begin your return journey to Nairobi (approx. 95 km / 2 hours) for drop-off at your hotel or the Airport.
