Begin your Full-Day Nairobi City, Wildlife & Conservation Experience with pick-up from your Nairobi hotel in a private vehicle. Head to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to learn about elephant rescue, rehabilitation, and conservation efforts. Public visiting sessions are subject to the sanctuary’s booking requirements and operating schedule, so advance confirmation is recommended.
Continue to the Giraffe Centre, where you can learn about the conservation of endangered Rothschild’s giraffes and, where permitted, feed them under staff guidance. Afterward, visit the Karen Blixen Museum to explore the former home of the Danish author and learn about the history of the Karen area and the colonial-era farm.
Enjoy a lunch break at a local restaurant, at your own expense unless otherwise arranged. After completing the visits, relax during your private transfer back to your hotel or another agreed drop-off point in Nairobi.
